1. Service Charges
All charges collected on this website are for service assistance only. We help users fill and submit online forms for government services, private services and latest jobs. These charges do not include any government fees, unless clearly mentioned.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a service request is submitted and payment is completed, no refunds will be issued, under any circumstances, including:

Service is delayed or rejected due to incomplete or incorrect information from the user.

User does not respond to our expert team when contacted for additional information needed to complete the application.
3. Rejection Due to Non-Cooperation
If our support team contacts you for additional information to process your application, and you fail to respond before the last date of the application, we are not responsible for rejection or delay. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
4. Cancellation
We do not offer a cancellation option after the payment and form submission are completed.
5. Service Closure Due to High Volume
In case of a high number of requests, we may close the service form on our website a few days before the official deadline. This helps us avoid last-minute rush and server issues. No refunds will be issued if you fail to respond, provide required information, or complete the process before the official deadline for the service you applied for.
6. Refund in Case of Technical Failure
If your payment was deducted but the form was not submitted due to a technical error on our end, you may request a refund by contacting us within 48 hours of the transaction. Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.
